FAVOR Electronic Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980 originally as Zhejiang FAVOR Electroacoustic Co., Ltd. In Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province, a booming industrial town known simultaneously as "Town of Traditional Chinese Yue Opera", "Town of Go", "Town of Necktie" and "Town of Tea".
In the beginning, it was a small plant with very basic operations. However, after 10 years of development under the correct guidance of its founder, Mr. Zhu Xue-jian, it became a well-known electroacoustic enterprise and was listed by the Chinese government as a highlighted enterprise in Shengzhou, Zhejiang, China. Taking advantage of many favorable offers from the local governments of Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces, Mr. Zhu moved FAVOR to Xingan, Jiangxi province in 1999 , set up production facilities there and later in Heyuan City, Dongguan city and Fuyong city in Guangdong province.
At the end of 2003, FAVOR group invested heavily in Jiangxi and established a full-scale complex of production facilities in Xinyu High-Tech Industrial Park at Xinyu city, Jiangxi province.
